M.2 never had it so good\nThe enclosure provides M.2 drives an environment in which they can fully exploit their transfer rates. Thanks to the USB 3.1 (Gen 2) Type-C™ connection, data is transferred with up to 10 Gbit/s from A to B. The carbon optic gives the enclosure the final polish.\n\nWhere is the cable?\nBefore the IB-1820M-C31, we often asked ourselves “Where is the cable?” for external enclosures. This housing comes into its own in day-to-day operations and workplaces where it makes sense to use devices without cables.\n\nReady or not\n… here I come with a Type-C™ port that can be hidden. This not only protects the USB port from unwanted load, but also the data stored on the drive. We have focused our attention on a highly compact and protected housing.\n\nIs it already finished?\nThe copying of a huge amount of data is pending and nobody wants to devote their undivided attention to the copying process. The integrated LED shows us in stylish blue whether hard disk access and therefore the copying process is still taking place - so that you can concentrate on the important things.
