Content requirements

All data needs to be up-to-date and correct. The product specifications like brand, type, partnumber and EAN need to be the same as provided by the manufacturer. To process the pricefeed correctly and as best as possible, to create the best matching and visibility of your shop, the columns or nodes below are mandatory and optional.

Productgroup
A clear textual group name. By group only one type of specific product. For accessories of a productgroup a different name should to be used.

Brand
The brand of the product. It’s important that it’s separately provided in the feed. For unbranded products the column/node can be left empty.

Type
The type (or title) as given by the manufacturer.

Addition type
A separate column/node can be used for additions to the type or title. Example: color of product.

EAN-code
The 13-digit unique barcode of the product. If unknown or not present, leave the column/node empty. The best matching is achieved with the use of Partnumbers and EAN.

Partnumber
Also provided as SKU, ManufacturerVendorCode, barcode etc. This should be unique to the product. If unknown or not present, leave the column/node empty.

ID
For each feed-record a unique ID should be provided. Duplicate IDs will be skipped.

Deeplink
The full URL to the specific product, possibly supplemented by eg a referrer code. The code is, if required, separately configurable for .nl and .be.

Price
The price including BTW (and any other costs). The disposal fee (verwijderingsbijdrage) does not need to be factored into the price. The price is what the consumer spends minimum to get the product at home or on pickup. Numeric, do not include € or EUR. Use the same decimal as for Shipping.

Shipping costs
The total additional costs including BTW (and any other costs). Use the same decimal as for Price.

Pickup costs
If there are additional costs for picking up the product. The total additional costs including BTW (and any other costs). Use also if pickup is at Kiala, PostNL, DHL etc. Use the same decimal as for Price and Shipping costs.

Extra productinfo
A column/node for extras provided with the product and/or a product description. Can also be used for specific commercial info, for example official cashback information. More info coming soon

In stock
The stock status as a numeric value. The value should be up-to-date, taking into account the frequency of updates by Kieskeurig and the value must match the shop site. 0 = no stock, 1 or higher = in stock.

Delivery time
An indication of the delivery time in numeric value of a specific string as shown below. Listing of other info (e.g. stock) is not allowed. The delivery time is displayed with the shipping price. The value should be up-to-date, taking into account the frequency of updates by Kieskeurig and the value must match the shop site.
Examples:
- Op werkdagen voor 21.00 uur besteld, volgende werkdag in huis.
- Op werkdagen voor 17:00 uur betaald, morgen in huis
- Op werkdagen voor 12.00 besteld, morgen in huis!
- 1 t/m 2 werkdagen
- 3 t/m 4 werkdagen
- t/m 5 werkdagen
- Langer dan 5 werkdagen
