Pull off the protection foil on the display. The unit is now ready to use.\n- Choose h/m (hours / minutes) or m/s (minutes/seconds) display by the sliding switch at the back of the instrument.\n- Choose beep, flash or vibrate alarm by the sliding switches at the back of the instrument.\n\nCount down timer:\n- Push the h/m or m/s button to set the desired time. \n- Push the Start/Stop button to start the countdown process.\n- You can stop and continue the count-down by pushing the Start/Stop button. \n- When the timer counts down to zero, the adjusted alarm signals will appear. To turn off the alarm, press the Start/Stop button.\n- After the alarm has stopped the timer will recall the last selected time automatically.\n- Push the h/m and m/s button at the same time to reset the timer.\n\nCount up timer:\n- Push the Start/Stop button to start the count up process.\n- You can stop and continue the count up by pushing the Start/Stop button. \n- When the timer counts down to zero, the adjusted alarm signals will sound.
