I have been spending hours trying to find a part number for my MO470T and thought I'd write a review while I'm here. We bought two ovens and this one was about the only full sized combi we could find. Next to it is a much cheaper one from Bosch (which is not a microwave). I'm happy enough with it as a backup oven but...
- The oven broke after a month with an intermittent fault. Eventually it failed completely, someone came (eventually again). Its Lucky the old one microwave is in our garage and we have another oven. It's a good job it was earther as the power cable was touching the casing.
- Pretty much the next day, I pushed the door in and forced it slightly to shut properly. There was a crack / exploding sound. The metal rails on the side fell off and I can just put things on the other floor. If I'm wasting my time getting the correct parts for them then it would be good to find a part number. I was quite mystified how so little pressure did so much damage until I saw they had installed with 3 rear and 1 front instead of two of each fixing.
- The lighting is awful, its really blue and is obscured so casts a shadow. Difficult to tell if something is cooked. I've
- The fan is very loud and goes on for ever. If it was my main oven I'd get rid of it as we eat close to our kitchen and I prefer peace when I've finished cooking.
So there we have it, I'd not heard of this brand before and my doubts have been confirmed. It's been out of action most of this year as it takes time to get round to / track down fixing it. However, as a second oven it does the job (I don't trust the temperature accuracy but have never tested - I use my other one if it's important. The build quality is seriously not good enough.
Pluspunten
- Microwave performs well
- Full size oven
Minpunten
- build quality
- fan loudness
- fan takes ages to go off
