Design by Claudio Bellini\n\nThe must have of 2013, Granitica Line, itʼs an indispensible ally in the modern kitchen.\nThe body of the Granitica Line is in black aluminum and the non-stick inner coating is PFOA free. The internal coating is reinforced non-stick with Granitech®, an innovative material processed by Barazzoni technicians; it guarantees a healthy and fat free cooking and ensures a natural cooking, like on a stone. Itʼs really a new way of cooking. The handle is in Bakelite and assures a safe and ergonomic grip; designed by Claudio Bellini it has an elegant grey colored inlay. The Granitica Line is an environmentally friendly and ecological range of products, which are made of over 60% recycled material, which, in turn, can be completely recycled. The Granitica collection is characterized by its excellent, uniform distribution of heat. Furthermore, thanks to the different thicknesses of the body (thicker base and edges), excellent results will be obtained on the stoves. Aluminum is an excellent conductor, and it guarantees a uniform transmission of heat. Thanks to the high thermal conductivity of aluminum and to its low specific weight, it makes cooking instruments light and easy to handle, while ensuring excellent results in the preparation of food.
