The blades are made from ice-hardened, German 1.4116 stainless steel, strengthened with vanadium for extra durability. They have taper-ground edges, producing a wedge-shaped profile that cuts better and stays sharper for longer.\n\nTheir ergonomic, soft-grip handles provide added comfort and grip, even when wet, and they have discreet colour-coded dots that aid knife selection when stored in a knife block.
