Our LURCH meat mincer with the pastry attachment is just what you need to get things done. The meat mincer makes delicious shortbread biscuits quickly and with ease. In fact, it will make as many as you want – and needs no electricity!\n\nEasy handling, excellent quality!\nThe robust and intelligent mechanics of the meat mincer make your work much more efficient. The ultra strong suction foot stays firmly in place, no matter how thick the dough. The LURCH meat mincer is quickly taken apart into its individual components for cleaning. For the dough: 450 g flour, 50 g corn starch, 250 g butter, 160 g refined sugar, ¼ tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 1 egg, of which the yolk is for brushing, 2 tbsp of milk for brushing\n\nFor the decoration:\nDark couverture & chocolate/ chocolate shavings\n\nStep 1: Add all the ingredients for the dough into your mixing bowl and use a hand mixer with a dough hook attachment to knead it into a smooth short pastry dough. Then cool the dough for approx. one hour.\nStep 2: Press the dough through the pasta maker with the pastry attachment and roll the dough roll against the grain for a crumbly look.
