I rate this device low since the device has a design issue!

I’ve communicated this back to the factory “TELESTAR-DIGITAL GmbH” but they gave no feedback and from the shop I purchased it from I got feedback that they can/will not fix the issue.
After an email “TELESTAR-DIGITAL GmbH” made a ticket [Ticket Nr.: 2022032610000029] but I never even got a reply from them and trough seller I found out they have a design flaw in their product: "Imperial Dabman i550 CD" Ean: 4024035252001 - Fabr.: 22-252-00 and they are not willing to fix this.

Design Issue:
I want to WARN people buying this product that the sub-woofer line-out does not work with the volume control of the device (so It has continues 0db to the output of the sub-woofer line-out) this means that you cannot connect an active-subwoofer to this device in combination with two normal speakers (volume control will adjust the sound of the normal speakers but not the active subwoofer)
For the rest the device is working properly but with such a design mistake and the bad service of “TELESTAR-DIGITAL GmbH” I cannot give this a high rating.
