The Lindy USB 3.0 Active Cable uses built-in active electronics to extend the cable length of a USB 3.0 device by an additional 10m whilst continuing to support data transfer rates of up to 5Gbps. The cable's unique slimline design allows easy installation, due to the active electronics that are housed inside a small cable mould - an advantage over other active USB leads which use special, bulky connectors.
