Thanks for reading this in English. The product, Senseo CSA 240, on the surface, looks great and makes good coffee.
My complaints - the tray that holds the coffee cup and catches the drops that fall after you've removed the cup, does not fit well; it's a loose fit and can be moved back and forth. It seems like a sloppy design.
The circular metal lid that the coffee cup sits on, scratches easily and after a few days of use, looks like hell. (My previous Senseo didn't have this problem.)
The container that you fill up with water is slippery plastic and is sometimes difficult to hold.
These are seemingly minor issues, but I'm surprised they slipped through the design engineers. Don't they have people who test these appliances in house? (They have the minimum water level marked but not the maximum. Minor issue, I shouldn't have to write this.)
It looks nice but I'm mildly annoyed on a daily basis.
Minpunten
- water container difficult to hold
- minor design issues, read review
